How do I get my complimentary souvenir photos?

We know memories are important that's why we love to take some free photos of your gang to have as a keepsake you'll cherish forever! Your complimentary souvenir photos are sent automatically sent to the email provided on the waiver you filled out from our photo provider Fotaflo and you'll usually receive them within an hour or so after your tour ends. Be sure to look for an email from help@fotaflo.com in your SPAM or JUNK folder if they are missing in your inbox.

Need help downloading them to your smartphone or computer? Click on the Need Help? button in your photo album for instructions & additional assistance.

If you still haven't received them or can't find them and it's been 24 hours since your tour ended please click here and fill out this form and our team of photo sleuths will do their best to locate your pictures promptly. Once found they will be sent to your contact email provided.

Because there can be delays in photos being sent due to unforeseen circumstances (like issues with the internet/email/server/sunspots/etc) please do not submit a missing picture form until 24 hours after your tour. Multiple form submissions or contacting us for status updates WILL DELAY our search so let our sleuths do their sleuthing as we really want you to have those photos.

If your complimentary souvenir photos cannot be located within 48 hours you will be contacted by a member of our team directly.

I think I left something behind! Do you have a lost and found?

My Flight Was Delayed! My Uber Was Late! I Slept In! Do I get a refund or can I reschedule?

We know travel is hard and we feel your pain but we do require our riders to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time and we will not provide refunds or reschedules for being late or missing your tour. For those flying in we do not recommend booking a tour that is scheduled on your arrival day until after you've landed, especially if a flight cancellation or a delay is possible (during peak travel times/dates), so please plan accordingly. Our regular schedule's reservations booked directly with us can be cancelled for a full refund or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to departure.

Here's the real talk: Our tour is meant to be the funnest time on two wheels so we will not make other riders wait for those who arrive late as it ruins their fun. We've heard every excuse. Be on time, which is 15 minutes prior to departure time, or you will forfeit your ticket. Period.

For the chronically late, you know who you are, and we want you to understand this. We warned you before you booked, we warned you in the confirmation, and may have also warned you with a couple reminders. We are about having fun but being late isn't fun for us or those who have arrived on time. And what is on time? 15 minutes prior to departure is on time. So consider this an additional warning on being late. Call the Uber earlier. Set multiple alarms. Plan accordingly and you'll have a blast. Show up late and well...you know...don't be like this guy here...

Do you offer rentals?

We are a tour company and do not offer rentals. Sorry!

What e-bike do you use? Do you sell them? Do you offer test rides?

We test rode a lot of e-bikes and are proud to have selected the Rad Runner from Rad Power Bikes as our official tour vehicle. We are not a retailer which means we do not sell bikes OR offer test rides but if you would like to purchase one they are available online though Rad Power Bikes' website and you can check out their specifications as well as all of the different models they make here.

Do you offer corporate events or private rides for special occasions?

Absolutely! For groups of 6 or more you can reserve a special time and date for your group! We’ve done events for Dell, Nike, Alamo Drafthouse, Amazon, Google, and more! You can fill out our private party inquiry form here with your group’s size and the date needed and we can see what we can do to make sure your guests and attendees have a blast at your event and on the road with us.

What is your reschedule/cancellation/refund policy?

For reservations made directly with YourBikerGang.com on our website you can reschedule your ride up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. If you need to cancel, you can do this up to 24 hours* before departure time and receive a full refund. This is a bicycle tour so you need to be able to safely and confidently ride a bicycle. We use e-bikes but they work on the same principle as a bicycle. No refunds will be given if you cannot pass our rider test and safety training. You don't need to be a Tour de France rider but if you can't ride down the street in your neighborhood we ain't the adventure for you. Same day rescheduling is not available, you will be required to buy a new ticket. If your reservation was made through a third party such as TripAdvisor, Get Your Guide, Expedia, Groupon, etc you will need to contact your original point of sale for their policies regarding rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds.

What if The weather is bad? Do you ride in the rain?

We are an outdoor activity so sometimes Mother Nature likes to put us to the test. One of our favorite things to do is ride though puddles so we do operate in light rain and provide complimentary ponchos because we won’t let a few sprinkles get in our way and our e-bikes can handle it. But if conditions arise that are unsafe to ride in: due to lightning, high winds, heavy rain, sleet, cats and dogs falling from the sky, etc your road captain will be in contact with you to let you know if there may be a delay in our start time or if we have to cancel. If we cancel you will have the option to either reschedule for a different time or receive a refund.

I tried to buy a single ticket and it said the minimum quantity is two. Do you sell single tickets?

We do sell single tickets, but they only become available once we've had two or more tickets purchased for any specific time slot. (We are a biker gang and riding is more fun with a group) Keep checking back for single ticket availability as our reservation system will release single ticket purchases once that minimum requirement is met.

Can I bring my dog, cat, snake, bird, or llama?

We love animals and we take their safety seriously and because of that we do not allow animals of any kind for ANY REASON on our rides.

What do I need to bring? What clothes/Shoes should I wear? Can I store my personal items on the bike?

This a fun and fast moving outdoor activity so you will want to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN-TOE SHOES LIKE SLIDES OR SANDALS! Bring your smartphone or camera along to capture the fun. Each e-bike has some space to carry a jacket or a small bag or purse but please leave larger items at home. We can also hold luggage at our clubhouse during your adventure if need be. Helmets and bottled water are provided so no need to bring your own.

Can my kid come along on the ride?

Our biker gang rides are a blast so we allow a parent to have their child who is under the age of 13 to ride as their passenger for FREE! The minimum height for a child to be a passenger is 48” (around 7 years old) and the combined weight of a child passenger and parent must be less than 300 lbs. We take safety very seriously so no exceptions to the height requirements and weight limits which means NO BABY SEATS, NO INFANTS, and NO TODDLERS. The parent must also be able to demonstrate the ability to safely operate our e-bike with the added weight of a passenger so you must be a confident cyclist to have a child as your passenger. IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT ON A BICYCLE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS TOUR. Anyone who is riding with us under the age of 16,  including those 13 and older who are operating one of our e-bikes, must have a parent or guardian with a ticket accompany them on the ride. How long are the biker gang adventures?

Our adventures are approximately two hours long, including rider training. You are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time for rider initiation and training. We DO NOT WAIT OR HOLD departures for late arrivals. Period.

What if I can’t make it on time?

We require our riders to  ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION TIME for rider training and initiation. If you cannot arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time you can reschedule your booking with prior notice of at least 24 hours* of advance notice before the scheduled tour time and we will work to reschedule you based on tour availability. We do require our riders to go through a brief, fun and mandatory training and if you cannot arrive on time for that you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE and will forfeit your tickets. We will not hold up our rides because of traffic, sleeping in, couldn't get an Uber, was trapped under something heavy, or whatever excuse you're giving that you can't arrive on time. We've heard them all. Our adventures require our riders to follow our road captains instructions so if you can't arrive on time you're already not following instructions and that isn't cool. So be on time. It's like arriving late for a flight after they've closed the door. Again, DO NOT BE LATE, because you will forfeit your tickets and no refund or reschedule will be provided. You've been warned.

*Certain tours or experiences may have different cancellation or change policies, such as private parties, so be sure to read the policies when booking as well as your confirmation email.

Where do your tours start and end from? Is there parking?

Our e-bike rides depart from the YourBikerGang.com Clubhouse for each city. This is also the return point.

Our Austin Clubhouse is located at 506 Walsh St, Austin, TX

Parking: There is nearby street parking available for free but to make sure you make it to training on time please allow for extra time if you need to park your car. Showing up at departure time and still needing to park your car will be treated as a late arrival and will result in the forfeiture of your tickets and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

Our Panama City Clubhouse is located at Papa Joe's Bayside - 4601 US-98, Panama City, FL

Parking: We're located at Papa Joe's Bayside which has plenty of parking. Look for the trailer with our logo on it.

Are your e-Bikes easy to operate? Do I need a license? What's the weight capacity?

You bet they are! If you can ride a bicycle you will have no problem operating our e-bike. We have riders ages 13 to 80 operating our e-bikes and having a blast! However, if you can’t or don’t know how to ride a bicycle, we may not be the experience for you. This is a bicycle tour so you need to be able to safely and confidently ride a bicycle. We use e-bikes but they work on the same principle as a bicycle. No license needed. IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT  ON A BICYLE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR OUR E-BIKE TOURS. No refunds will be given if you cannot pass our rider test and safety training. You don't need to be a Tour de France rider but if you can't ride down the street in your neighborhood we ain't the adventure for you. For health related questions we ask that you consult your physician for those answers. The total passenger weight allowed is 300 pounds per vehicle. This also applies to parents riding with their child under the KIDS RIDE FREE  policy, and the combined weight of parent and child must be 300lbs or less.
