What everyone knows

It’s a great happy hour spot with a good vibe, yummy food, and best of all on 6th St.!

What they don't tell you

You can take a bakery workshop at the Easy Tiger 6th Street location, and learn tips & tricks from one of their professional bakers. Even better, book a private Pretzel Party for corporate team-building or even a super fun and unique birthday celebration!

Do it like a local

Sit outside on their scenic patio and enjoy a homemade soft pretzel and some bratwurst while washing it all down with a cold local brew. Maybe get in on a game of ping pong. Just be careful not to hit the ball into the adjacent Waller Creek!

For the History Buffs

When you mention “6th Street” most people think of the dozens of bars and restaurants on Austin’s infamous party street. However, I know of a spectacular beer garden that also happens to be a bakery. In fact, this bakery happens to provide bread and other baked goods to over 100 restaurants, hotels and grocers including the Whole Foods Flagship store. There are soon to be four locations, but the one located on “Dirty Sixth” is known for their outdoor patio overlooking Waller Creek. With over 30 local and boutique draft beers, you can throw back an IPA which goes great with one of their famous fresh baked pretzels along with their house-made mustard. In addition to breads and pretzels, Easy Tiger has house cured meats and cheeses. Too early for happy hour? No worries, you can enjoy their locally roasted coffee while consuming one of their European-style pastries.
