I'm local, so I'll be back. I took my (70something) mom on a 9 a.m. vaguely-themed YBG tour (they offer some that are focused on specific aspects of Austin -- this one was more the general one) because it was her birthday and we had guests coming in to town and she still hasn't been downtown much. I expected the usual high points, just on a bike, and that would have been cool. What I got was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide (Patrick) who took us on a tour that was an awesome combination of the usual high points and some fascinating side trips. (Dude knows a lot about all kinds of minutae, including chicken and tattoos and local plants and Texas history -- it totally didn't surprise me that he was a teacher in a past life!) We went places that I didn't know existed and had a blast. So, two thumbs up. And I would think this tour would be fine for almost anyone -- I drove because my mom gets nervous, but we were on easily operated, well maintained bikes and took safe, medium-traffic routes, and she totally could've handled it as well. Our fellow tour takers varied from college students on Spring break to, well, my mom. So anyone would enjoy it. And it's a pretty good deal for 2ish hours of really good guidance. I did one of the night tours, and it was an interesting way to see the city. I'll be honest though, the majority of the fun on the tour is riding the bikes! I enjoyed that the guides were caring and thoughtful when teaching you how to ride the bike as well as during the ride itself. As for the tour, it was a bit more difficult to view things at night - but I still got a good perspective on Austin, and I'd consider doing a similar tour in a different city the next time around.Many thanks to the guides!

Great way to see the city and a very unique way. We had an amazing tour guide and saw the capitol, many murals and all of Austin. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to tour the city in a unique way

Do NOT miss this fantastic experience. Patrick was our guide and he was great! The tour we took led us to many of the downtown attractions. We even stopped off for a great cup of coffee!

We came to Austin for a bachelor party and we planned Your Biker Gang as our kick off into the weekend. It couldn't have been any better. Tyler was the most amazing, energetic, sassy guide you could have ever asked for. He made the entire experience 100x better.The trip itself was amazing, personable and tons of fun. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable of the city and catered the entire tour based on the places he felt we should see vs. the experience of the people that had already been to Austin. Will definitely be coming back!

He entertained us and kept us safe while we learned to ride the bikes. It was a great experience and a highlight of our trip.

Really fun way to see the city, that is totally customizable based on what your preferences are. Jon was awesome, can’t recommend enough!

This is an amazing experience!! It is not just a fun experience but it is very educational! I am 73 and my wife is 63! WE didn't have any problems with the bikes! Our guide Gator ( John ) was an 11 on a ten scale! He could write a book on customer service! WE were laughing most of the time! You even get to give yourself biker names! Of course my wife came up with Mutt and Jeff and I was MUTT!!! We are going again when we go to Austin in the Spring!! Thanks GATOR!!!
