Had a great time bringing teen boys to spend the days with their moms. Boys and moms enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely do it again if we have out of town guests
My sister and her friends were in town for her 30th birthday. We thought this would be a great activity and a good way seeing downtown Austin. I was not impressed with the places we visited but it was still fun. Our tour guide wasn’t the best guide. If you have a large group, you can schedule a private ride. Ask to go to all the popular murals in town. Tip: wear a bandanna. The helmets are gross.
My hubby and 2 kids said that Tyler was awesome! He was patient, knew the subject matter, knew the streets of Austin and was a great instructor! So much so that they wanted to do it again the next day! It was so much fun that we have decided that this would be a great bday gift for our friends and family. Am actually booking an appt. for next week as a bday gift for a friend's daughter! She is excited.....
I did the tour on a sunny Saturday and it was perfect. The electric mini bikes are really easy to drive and are really fun. The tour itself contained some must see spots of Austin + some nice murals. The guide was a fun guy and he shared good information about Austin and its places.I would definitely do it again.
What fun! This is a must while in Austin. Gramps (Tyler) was a fun and energetic tour guide. Because of this tour we went to the city library, which is beautiful, and so unique. We never would have gone to the library! Just Do It!
This is such a cool and unique way to check out Austin and vibe with your inner biker chick (or dude) . Tyler was an amazing guide and kept us entertained the entire time. Definitely the highlight of our weekend. It you have an adventurous spirit and are ready for fun, this is the tour for you. Book it!!!!
4 of us 40 somethings got a lay of the land in the Austin downtown area on a Saturday morning. We had an excellent guide and were taken to 4 or 5 amazing spots for pictures. One of the stops include a French style coffee shop and the chocolate croissants were fantastic. Definitely recommend.
I do a lot of traveling. And I taken a lot of Tours. This by far was the most interesting and the most fun. First of all its extremely hot in Austin so taking a tour during the day is out. Doing this tour at dusk was phenomenal you get to see all the lights you get to see the bats and get to ride with some excellent music and a phenomenal tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable I even asked off the wall questions and he knew the answers. If you can only do one tour in Austin this is the one you should do.
This was a very fun, educational, and fun experience. Yep. I typed fun twice!Great tour of Austin. Saw many colorful artistic murals, big beautiful skyscrapers downtown, Austin City Limits, Willie Nelson's statue, the State Capitol, Governor's Mansion, Sandra Bullock's restaurant, Austin City Hall, and the beautiful people of Austin along the sidewalks. Our tour-guide was Patrick. Great guy. Very positive and optimistic, and smiling the entire time. He took a lot of care to ensure we were all safe in learning how to ride the electric motorbikes, as well as test driving in the back alley and parking garage nearby. He provided a very informative, educational, and fun ride, with about 7 or 8 stops along the way. Even had some good-natured, friendly baseball rivalry banter with him being a Yankees fan and I a Red Sox fan... all the way down in here in Texas!Highly recommended! More
I'm not really into tours, but I LOVED this experience. Joe was our tour guide and he was amazing!! Joe took all the pictures for me and my fiancé. This was our first time in Austin and within this tour, we would have not have seen all the cool places that Joe should us. Trust me, its worth it!
We were on our way from Dallas to San Antonio for a trip with our daughter and grandkids when I saw this written up in TripAdvisor. Since the kids hadn't seen Austin, I thought this was going to be a nice way to take a drive break and have some fun. THIS WAS EXCELLENT! We had Jon as our leader and he stopped at a lot of picture places and showed the new stuff, the older part of the city and finally the Capitol building. Everyone in our group (grandparents, kids, grandkids) raved about the ride. Definitely a great place to start if you want to get in character and have some fun. More
