I booked this tour for a team builder. We had a great time. The bikes were easy to ride. Our guide 'Rooster' was fun and knowledgeable. After a few minutes of instructions and trial runs we were off exploring the city. Our guide took lots of pictures of us. We even stopped for donuts and coffee. Highly recommend doing this. Much better than segways.
We came to town on business. We were able to escape and ride the tour. Our guide Rooster (Patrick) was incredible! It was safe, fun, and you’re able to learn a lot about the city. It is a beautiful place and the bike allows you to get around easily and experience many great sights.
We were only in Austin 2 days and wanted to see a good bit of the city. Tyler made sure we saw some really cool scenes, took some cool pictures and kept us laughing. It was really cold out so we were going to rethink going but I’m glad we did it!!
Okay, a blast! Of course I love motoring around the city on a mini bike, crossing bridges, drinking espresso coffee by the river, but at first ai was wondering....is this safe? I was bringing my daughter who I let ride alone, and after a few minutes of deep breaths realized how safe Tyler our guide was so after that I realized and had a blast? Of course you should do it, what are you waiting for?!
We went today for our first time and it was awesome. We had Tyler as our guide and his personality and energy was great! We loved every freaking bit of our tour. It was freezing and yet no part of the tour made us care about how cold it was because he was great! I would recommend them to any and everyone!!! Thanks for an awesome tour!
Wonderful service, fun rides, and you get to see a ton of Austin’s best sites. Highly recommend and try to get Justin as your guide!
I'm local, so I'll be back. I took my (70something) mom on a 9 a.m. vaguely-themed YBG tour (they offer some that are focused on specific aspects of Austin -- this one was more the general one) because it was her birthday and we had guests coming in to town and she still hasn't been downtown much. I expected the usual high points, just on a bike, and that would have been cool. What I got was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide (Patrick) who took us on a tour that was an awesome combination of the usual high points and some fascinating side trips. (Dude knows a lot about all kinds of minutae, including chicken and tattoos and local plants and Texas history -- it totally didn't surprise me that he was a teacher in a past life!) We went places that I didn't know existed and had a blast. So, two thumbs up. And I would think this tour would be fine for almost anyone -- I drove because my mom gets nervous, but we were on easily operated, well maintained bikes and took safe, medium-traffic routes, and she totally could've handled it as well. Our fellow tour takers varied from college students on Spring break to, well, my mom. So anyone would enjoy it. And it's a pretty good deal for 2ish hours of really good guidance. Your Biker Gang was an amazing time! I’ve done a Segway Tour around Austin which was pretty cool. But, touring downtown Austin on an electric motorcycle was a million times cooler! It was also a lot of fun. Our guide, Tyler, was fun, patient, and had loads of energy for 9:00am! If you’re visiting Austin and want a fun, unique tour, this is it! The kids in our group thought it was the coolest thing ever!
